The $197 tier gives you four levels and a small team of AI helpers, built on your own. Do I need to be technical for this?

No coding. You need to be comfortable using a chat-based AI tool like ChatGPT or Claude, copying prompts, and filling in your own details. Level 5 and Level 6 ask you to look honestly at your own week and your own tasks, which takes time and thought, not technical skill.

What happens after the 30 days end?

You keep everything: all six levels, the full Advanced band, the audit template, and your documented system, for good. What ends is the direct review window.
