For operators done experimenting and ready to build the whole system
Build your full AI staff system, with Raj checking your work for 30 days
Every level, every tool, the complete Advanced band in the Learning Center, and 30 days of direct async access to Raj while you build. Not a bigger course. The full system, plus a real person reviewing your actual work as you install it.
$497 · one-time
You know AI can run more of your operation. You don't know if what you're building is right.
You've built a workflow or two. Maybe a small team of AI helpers. You can feel that the ceiling on self-taught trial and error is close, because the mistakes get more expensive the deeper you go: a scoring system that ranks the wrong tasks first, a role prompt that looks fine until it fails on a real customer, a system that works for you but nobody else on your team can run. Nobody is checking your work. You're guessing whether the thing you built is actually correct, or just working by accident.
- You built a workflow that works today and have no idea if it breaks the moment your business changes shape.
- You've read every lesson but you're applying them to your real operation alone, with no one to tell you when you've built the wrong thing.
- You know the theory of what to hand off to AI first, but ranking your real tasks correctly is a different skill, and getting it wrong costs you weeks.
- You want a documented system you could hand to a new hire, not a pile of prompts only you understand.
Learning the method and having your work checked are two different products.
The first four levels teach you to write prompts, build workflows, run your day, and find stuck revenue. That gets you a small team of AI helpers. The two levels only in this tier, System Architecture and AI Operator, are where you stop hand-building workflows one at a time and start running an audit: pull every repeated task out of your week, score each one for how safe it is to hand off, rank the list, then give each surviving task a real job description, a review checklist, and a documented rule set. That's the difference between a few helpers and a staff system. The part self-study can't replace is the checking. For 30 days, you send Raj your actual task audit, your actual role cards, your actual scorecards, and he tells you what's wrong before you build on top of it, not after. Freelance consultants who do this kind of implementation review typically charge $150 to $300 an hour. Three sessions of that, spread across a month, already costs more than this entire system, and this includes six levels of lessons on top of it.
What's actually inside
All six levels, open from day one
Prompt Foundations, Workflow Builder, Daily Operations, and Revenue Systems, the same four levels in the $197 tier, plus System Architecture and AI Operator, the two levels that exist only in this tier. Level 5 walks you through auditing your real week, scoring every repeated task for AI-readiness, and ranking them into a priority list. Level 6 turns your top-ranked tasks into role cards, task assignments, review checklists, and a documented rule library, ending in a finished AI Employee Scorecard.
The complete Advanced band in the Learning Center
Every module across every category marked Advanced in /learn is included with this tier, not just the two lesson levels. If a new Advanced module gets added later, it's already yours. This is the ceiling of the self-serve library.
30 days of direct async help from Raj
You send your actual task audit, role cards, and workflow prompts as you build them. Raj reviews the real thing, not a hypothetical, and tells you what's wrong, what's missing, and what to fix before you build the next piece on top of it. This is the one part of the system that can't be self-taught: someone checking your specific business, not a generic example.
The business AI audit template
The same scoring structure used in Level 5, formatted as a standalone template you can rerun every quarter, or hand to someone else on your team to run without you.
Your own documented AI staff system
Not a certificate. A real artifact: your scored task list, your role cards, your review checklists, and your rule library, assembled into one document you can hand to a new hire or come back to in a year and still understand.
This is for you if
- You've already built at least one AI workflow and want to build the rest of your operation the right way, not by guessing.
- You want someone to look at the actual system you're building and tell you what's wrong with it, not just watch more lessons.
- You run a business, a team, or a role complex enough that a documented, handoff-ready system is worth more to you than another course.
- You're ready to put in real hours over the next 30 days while you have direct access to feedback.
- You want the system to outlive you using it, something a teammate could run without you standing over them.
Not for you if
- You haven't built a single AI workflow yet. Start with Build Your First AI Employee ($97) or AI Staff Builder ($197) and come back here once you have something real to audit.
- You want Raj to build the system for you while you stay hands off. That's the private buildout above this tier, not this one.
- You're looking for ongoing access to Raj past 30 days. This is a defined window of direct help attached to a self-serve system, not an open-ended relationship.

Questions
What does 30 days of help from Raj actually mean, day to day?
You email your real work as you build it: your task audit from Level 5, your role cards and scorecards from Level 6, or a workflow you're stuck on. Raj reviews what you actually sent and replies with what's wrong, what's missing, and what to fix before you build the next piece on it. It's asynchronous, not scheduled calls, and it's scoped to reviewing your real system, not open-ended consulting on unrelated questions.
How is this different from the $197 AI Staff Builder tier?
The $197 tier gives you four levels and a small team of AI helpers, built on your own. This tier adds the two levels that turn scattered helpers into an actual system, System Architecture and AI Operator, adds the full Advanced band in the Learning Center, and adds 30 days of Raj reviewing your real work as you build it. The $197 tier teaches the method. This tier gets your specific implementation checked.
Do I need to be technical for this?
No coding. You need to be comfortable using a chat-based AI tool like ChatGPT or Claude, copying prompts, and filling in your own details. Level 5 and Level 6 ask you to look honestly at your own week and your own tasks, which takes time and thought, not technical skill.
What happens after the 30 days end?
You keep everything: all six levels, the full Advanced band, the audit template, and your documented system, for good. What ends is the direct review window. If you want more time with Raj reviewing new work after that, the next step up is the private buildout, which comes with its own 90-day access window.
Why not just apply for the private buildout instead?
The private buildout is the tier above this one, application-only, and starts around $2,997, roughly six times this price. It's built for people who want Raj building the system with them on weekly calls. This tier is for people who want to build it themselves with real feedback along the way, at a fraction of the cost. Most people should build here first. If you finish this and still want someone building it alongside you, apply for that tier next with a real system already in hand.
Is this a course, or is Raj building my system for me?
It's a course with a review layer, not a done-for-you build. You go through the levels and do the actual work: the task audit, the role cards, the scorecards. Raj reviews what you produce and tells you what to fix. If you want someone building the system alongside you on calls, that's the private buildout above this tier, not this one.
