Partner Program Terms

1. The program

The AskRajGPT Partner Program is operated by BGAI Ventures LLC (Florida). Joining requires an AskRajGPT account and agreement to these terms. Participation is free.

You receive a personal referral link. When someone visits through it, a 60-day attribution cookie is set (last click wins). Purchases they make while attributed earn you commissions.

Active partners with 3 confirmed (non-refunded) referrals receive complimentary Build Room membership access for as long as they remain in good standing. Comped access ends on termination and never affects anything you purchased.

2. Commissions

The rate is 40% of amounts actually paid by your referral during their first 12 paid billing cycles per subscription (and on all one-time purchases), and 20% of amounts actually paid thereafter. Commissions are always computed on the post-discount amount Stripe collects.

Commissions are pending for 30 days (the refund window), then become payable. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related commission automatically. Fraudulent or self-referred purchases accrue nothing.

No commissions are paid on leads, clicks, trials, or your own purchases.

3. Payouts

Payouts run monthly (Net-30 by construction: only matured commissions pay out) via PayPal to the payout email on your dashboard. The minimum payout is $50; smaller balances roll over.

Your first payout is reviewed manually before release. United States tax law requires a completed W-9 before cumulative payouts reach $600 in a calendar year; payouts pause at that threshold until it is on file. BGAI Ventures LLC issues 1099-NEC forms where required.

4. Promotion rules

Disclose the relationship wherever you share your link, per FTC guidelines. The dashboard provides a ready disclosure line.

Prohibited: unsolicited bulk email or messages (CAN-SPAM/TCPA violations), bidding on AskRajGPT or Raj brand keywords in paid search, posting your link or codes to coupon or deal sites, cookie stuffing, misleading claims (including income claims beyond the published rate math), impersonating AskRajGPT, and purchasing through your own link.

Violations forfeit accrued unpaid commissions and end participation. Commissions were never owed on referrals obtained in violation of these terms.

5. Housekeeping

We may change rates or terms prospectively with notice on this page; changes never apply retroactively to commissions already accrued.

Either side can end participation at any time. On termination without violation, matured commissions above the minimum are paid on the normal cycle.

These terms are governed by Florida law.
